"Perle Del Mare" is a new building with two prestigious apartments, located just a few steps from the sandy beach in Pescoluse (Maldives of Salento area). It can accommodate up to 9 guests, making it a great choice for those who want to spend their holidays just steps from the beach. The apartments offer all the amenities you need, including a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, private parking, outdoor space, and air conditioning, along with brand new and efficient services. PERLA APARTMENT The "Perla" apartment is located in the basement and features a modern living room with a semi-open, fully equipped kitchen (complete with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, crockery, and cookware), 2 comfortable bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with 3 single beds), and a nice bathroom with a shower cubicle. Outside, there is a spacious area with a veranda, garden furniture, and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The only shared space and service with the "Avio" apartment on the ground floor is the laundry room, which includes a washing machine. The building was carefully constructed with high-quality materials to ensure greater comfort and efficient services. There is also private parking next to the property, which is very convenient in such a busy area. For hiking and nature lovers, we recommend two culturally significant trails: the 'Sentiero dei Fani,' a charming naturalistic route through lush vegetation in the Maldive Zone of Salento; and, a little further along, at Torre Pali, the 'Isola della Fanciulla' trail, a scenic path running parallel to the eponymous beach. Finally, 6 km away is the town of Salve, where you'll find additional services, shops, and much more.
