AVIO APARTMENT The "Avio" apartment is located on the ground floor and features a modern living room with a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, oven, fridge, crockery, and cookware), 2 comfortable bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and a terrace, and the other with 2 single beds), and a stylish bathroom with a shower cubicle. Outside, there is a spacious area with a covered veranda where you can relax or dine, along with some outdoor furniture. The apartment also includes a laundry area with a washing machine and a storage room, shared with guests of the Perla accommodation. The building was constructed with attention to detail and high-quality materials to ensure greater comfort and modern amenities. Additionally, there is private parking next to the property, which is very convenient in such a busy area.
