THE LOCATION OF THE VILLA The villa is located at the gates of Corsano and Alessano, in the south of Salento, about 10 minutes drive from the sea. Among the countryside and olive groves, in a predominantly rural area, Villa Gargasole allows you to enjoy the maximum of privacy and relaxation, even in its outdoor areas. The agro-pastoral architecture typical of Salento has left several testimonies impressed even in the vicinity of the villa. In fact the pajare, the typical peasant houses, even the so-called "Tratturi" are among the elements that characterize the surrounding landscape. These are ancient communication routes that allowed to maintain the links between the coast and inland villages, such as "Le Vie Del Sale" which lead to the discovery of an environmental and rural context of undoubted importance. THE PRESTIGE AND COMFORT OF VILLA GARGASOLE The villa is cared for in every detail, from the layout of the rooms to the choice of furnishings and furnishing accessories. THE LIVING AREA The house is about 120 square meters, the rooms are well furnished with a modern and refined design. In particular, the prevailing colors are white and beige, which give a nice feeling of brightness and amplitude to the whole. In addition, the floors are made of porcelain stoneware and high performance fixtures, which guarantee excellent energy efficiency and sound insulation. The large open space is tastefully furnished and is embellished with a kitchen with central island, and all necessary appliances such as microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and electric kettle. Finally, the living room has a 42 LED TV, dining table with chairs, a comfortable double sofa bed and a beautiful window overlooking the pool and the outdoor veranda. As for the bedrooms there are 2 double rooms, one with a beautiful double canopy bed, and a triple bedroom with 3 single beds. The house has 2 full bathrooms, equipped with suspended sanitary facilities of extreme elegance and cleanliness, with marble sinks and shower cubicle. The interior has a heating system with underfloor heating, the cooling is managed by two air conditioners that allow you to regulate the temperature in the sleeping area and in the living area. OUTDOOR AREA: PLAY AREA, INFINITY POOL, COVERED VERANDA, BARBECUE The outdoor area offers a special environment for any time of day. The veranda with wooden cover and waterproof cannucciato has an american barbecue with large kitchen, comfortable wooden table (extendable) with chairs, ideal place to organize excellent outdoor barbecues. In addition, the beautiful infinity pool (6 3.5 - 2.60 3 meters) has a hydromassage function (with 3 seats) and a fountain. The pool is also heated by a solar heating system that provides a couple of degrees more to the water. The water temperature depends on the presence of the sun, in the absence of it, or with low and cold external temperatures, this service is not guaranteed. The solarium, masonry seats in front of the pool and 2 outdoor showers (with hot and cold water), bathroom with laundry area with washing machine, and indoor parking with automatic gate complete the outside. There is also a beautiful playground (about 10 5 meters), in artificial grass and completely fenced. You can practice different sports activities, including mini tennis, mini football, volleyball, soccer tennis and basketball (with a basket available). The facility has lighting, so you can play sports even in the evening (exclusive and not shared facility). In addition, for greater safety and peace of mind, a camera has been installed that will allow you to monitor your children playing directly from the monitor placed in the kitchen. Finally, the villa has an additional covered relaxation area, near the campsite, where guests can relax socializing, reading a good book or simply enjoying the view.
