This six-bedroom villa in Sant Jordi is located just a short drive from Ibiza Town and Playa d’en Bossa, making it an ideal base for enjoying the island’s beaches, restaurants and attractions. The villa is arranged over two levels and includes three double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. On the main entrance level, you will find the open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one single bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Upstairs are the remaining four bedrooms: the master double bedroom with a private terrace, a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a private terrace and one single bedroom. There is also a large bathroom on this level, while a small hallway leads to the upper terrace. The living and dining area is spacious and comfortable, with a television, WiFi, a Bluetooth speaker and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and espresso machine. Outside, the property features a private swimming pool, gardens and plenty of space for sunbathing. The sheltered BBQ area includes a dining table, ideal for enjoying meals together outdoors. Any complaints from the neighbours, town hall or police regarding noise can result in on-the-spot fines which guests will be liable to pay. Please note all our villas are well-equipped with a bluetooth speaker according to the sound regulations in Ibiza. Under no circumstances will outside equipment including, speakers or DJ equipment be tolerated on the premises. Penalties will apply and will result in an instant eviction with no refunds being given.
