You are only 10 minutes or so from annual events including FBR/Phoenix Open, and Barret-Jackson Auto Auction. As well as a short drive to Salt River Spring Training Complex, and Fiesta Bowl. The home is surrounded by tons of activities such as local world-class golf courses hiking trails, and the amusement park Crackerjacks! Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Pool service is every Thursday. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
