Large Family Villa 650m From Beach The spacious "Family Villa" is located in Mijas-Costa between La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola. You only have to walk down a few minutes to the beach (650m), where you will find one of the nicest restaurants in the Costa Del Sol area. You have a short distance to many facilities and attractions, nearby towns, and a 12 kilometers coastline with sandy beaches. The 275 m² modern style villa consists of a living room, 2 fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 14 people. The villa was renovated 2021 to a high standard, with new floor heating on the top floor to suit all year accommodation. Additional amenities include high fibre optic Internet with Wi-Fi, 6 splits of air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV with lots of channels from nearly each country in the world, a DVD player as well as a game console. In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. There are 2 dining areas, furnished with tables and chairs in the garden at the pool and on upper patio. Furthermore, you can relax on one of the comfortable loungers or sun loungers by the pool. Why not start the day with a healthy breakfast on the terrace, spend the afternoon sunbathing at the pool or the nearby beach and end the day with specialties from your own grill?
