Villa Teresa is a family rental property located on the road between Roda and Agnos, with a sunny swimming pool (8 Χ 4 m), a beautiful garden, air-conditioned, and just a short distance from the beach and the local amenities. The property consists of two independent apartments in a family building, and it is spacious for a party of 6 people. Layout The entrance (through a private pathway) to the central compartment opens into a single area on the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, and a guest Wc. The wooden staircase leads up to the upper level, essentially an airy attic, accommodating one double and one twin bedroom with a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to a side balcony with views of the surrounding countryside. At the back of the main house and towards the garden, there is a separate entrance of an independent suite-type apartment extending over two levels. The ground floor consists of an attractive space with a small kitchen and guest toilet, while the internal staircase lands on the upper floor, which consists of a double air-conditioned bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Both compartments have access to and exclusive use of the beautiful garden at the back of the building.
