We're able to schedule private chefs, excursions, and more -- just ask us when you book and we'll be happy to accommodate your preferences. Utilities for this unit are included in the listed price (wifi, electric, heat, etc). Excessive use of A/C (exceeding $250/mo) will be billed back to guests after move-out.
