Feel free to use the house towels for the pool—there’s a washer and dryer available for your convenience. •⁠ ⁠Maintenance: The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice weekly in summer and once weekly during the rest of the year. The technician enters through the backyard gate. Landscaping takes place weekly. Some leaves or seasonal insects may appear between visits; please message us if anything needs attention. •⁠ ⁠Pets: House-trained pets are welcome for $150 per pet, per stay, plus applicable fees and taxes. Please include your pets in the reservation and clean up after them. •⁠ ⁠Guests: The home accommodates up to 11 registered guests. An additional $39 per guest, per night applies form guests 7 Parties and unregistered visitors are not permitted. •⁠ ⁠Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
