The two bedrooms are beautifully appointed with high-quality furnishings and luxurious bedding. A fully equipped modern bathroom, Victorian fireplace, high ceilings, original ceiling covings, solid oak floors, and early 20th-century tiles at the front porch complete the aesthetic allure of this apartment. The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation. Online check-in and deposit pre-authorisation are required prior to arrival. For stays over 2 weeks, a weekly mid-stay cleaning (charged at the same price as a cleaning fee) week must be paid, this will include a full change of linen and general cleaning, this will be arranged directly with your hosts. Pet charges are applied on top of the booking fee.
