Interior & Layout The villa is thoughtfully spread over two floors, offering a seamless blend of style, comfort, and breathtaking views: Entrance Level A spacious and elegantly furnished living room with a dining area, cozy seating space, and TV—ideal for relaxation. A modern, Scandinavian-style open-plan kitchen, fully equipped and boasting spectacular views of the Mediterranean and mountains. Two large panoramic doors open onto a covered terrace with awnings, featuring an elegant dining set and a Weber gas grill, perfect for enjoying meals with a view. Convenient guest toilet near the entrance. Direct access to the pool area from the terrace. Lower Level – Bedrooms & Pool Access Pool dimensions: length: 7.00 meters width: 3.5meters average depth: 1.50 meters Three inviting double bedrooms, all with comfortable beds, spacious wardrobes, and air conditioning for your comfort. The master bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom. A large family bathroom serves the other two bedrooms. Direct access from the bedrooms to the stunning pool area, where comfortable seating, sun loungers, and endless views *Optional Pool Heating – €30 per Night Pool heating is available(except for july and August ) at an additional cost of €30 per night. Due to how the system operates, this is a fixed cost for each night it is switched on and cannot be split or partially applied.
