The pool is the centre of it: 17m long, with a swim-up bar, a sunken lounge cut into the terrace, and a shallow area where small children can play in sight of everyone else. The air-conditioned living and dining space opens straight onto it. At the heart of the ground floor is a restaurant-grade kitchen, specified and laid out for real cooking at volume — so a private chef, a celebration dinner for a dozen, or a party that runs late is genuinely easy here rather than a compromise. Indoor dining seats 10 and the terrace seats another eight. The top floor is given over to wellness: an infrared sauna, an ice bath, gym equipment and yoga mats, with an outdoor kitchen and dining area beside them for long evenings above the treeline. On the middle floor, a cinema room with a 120-inch projector and Dolby surround handles the rainy afternoons. Four ensuite king bedrooms and a dedicated kids' bunk room mean four couples, or two families, or one large group can all stay comfortably. Your villa team looks after the rest. Manu Gede was designed with the climate in mind. Solar panels cut the footprint, and deep shade and cross-ventilation keep the interiors cool whether or not you run the air conditioning. COMMON AREAS: • The main communal space for both villas are air-conditioned living area conveniently located next to the dining area and an open kitchen. • For Villa Manu Gede, there is an outdoor dining area and kitchen on the third floor. KITCHEN & DINING: • The kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, rice cooker, and electric stove, as well as essential cooking tools (pots and pans), cutlery, and wine glasses. • Villa Manu Gede has two dining areas, the indoor dining can seat up to 10 guests, and the outdoor dining can seat up to 8 guests. • Also have additional kitchen counter seating that can each seat 3 guests.
