In terms of furniture, the open plan of the main living room extends from the inside to the outside. An island separates the modern kitchen from a dining table which sits in the middle of the space and in front of the pool. On the other side is a comfortable seating area with a large TV screen. A staircase next to the small inner pond leads to two bedrooms, each with a king size bed, a walk-in closet and an adjoining bathroom with a large shower. Each room also has a lovely outdoor terrace. The small infinity pool stretches to the middle of the living room and is flanked by two deck quarter circles, each with lounge chairs. The deck benefits from a great sun and the natural breeze.
