Daily maid service is included (except on Sundays and public holidays), along with pool maintenance, gardening, and the provision of household linens and towels. SECURITY DEPOSIT On arrival, the Agency will take the details of the Tenant’s credit card to cover any damage that may occur during his stay in the property. In the event of damage caused in the property by the Tenant or the other occupants during their stay, the Tenant expressly authorizes the Agency to charge this credit card to cover the repairs caused, plus 5% processing fee. If the Tenant finds damage in the property upon his arrival, he must immediately notify the Agency.
