The ground floor apartment looks directly onto the oldest square in Arona, the Piazza del Popolo which opens onto the 14th century port next to the residence. Once a bustling harbour, it is now a pleasant spot for an evening stroll. Across the square guests will enjoy the charming 16th century church. It is the ideal location. The ground-floor apartment for 4, enjoys access to a terrace with stunning views over the lake and Rocca di Angera. Equipped with sun chairs and a charming outside dining area, it is the perfect location for a meal alfresco or evening aperitif or just to relax and take in the view. On entering, guests will find a bright and airy open-plan living space, the living area is furnished with a large comfortable couch, a High-Definition TV with satellite connection and an elegant dining table with chairs. A hillside path leads from Piazza del Popolo to the home of the towering statue that stands overlooking Arona`. Take the ferry and visit the small islands of Isola Bella and the Palazzo Borromeo, the imposing 17th Century palace, and its famous gardens.
