An open kitchen, a separate dining area and a relaxed living room open to a private terrace, an easy space for a small family or group of friends to gather or slip away for a quiet hour. Days here are made for slowing down. The panoramic terrace, set for lazy breakfasts and long lunches, looks over the residence's pool and the coast, a lovely place to linger over drinks as the sky turns pink. Down in the gardens, the shared pool waits for a cooling swim. With two shower rooms, air conditioning and private parking, it is a comfortable, unhurried base for gentle Riviera days, with the beaches and hill villages of the Côte d'Azur close by. Down at the shore, the pebble beach of Plage des Galets and the seaside restaurants of Cros-de-Cagnes line the bay.
