Whether it is a whole meal that you'd like to make or a simple coffee and toast, it has all the appliances and necessities that you might need. The refrigerator is available for your use to freeze up ice cream or store beverages in. This apartment being a studio does not stop it from giving you enough space to enjoy and move around freely. There is a washroom and a full spacious bathroom where there is a bathtub along with towels and toiletries for your convenience. The bed seems to have its own space although not in a closed one. It is against on the wall which seems to be a wooden one with mirrors flanking it on both sides. A photo of a tiger on the wall gives the space an additional aesthetic. The curtains can be opened or closed fully depending whether you like the natural light coming in during the day or night. A corner space is designed for those who want to still get to work or study even during their stay in this magnificent place. A long table with a comfy chair is placed against a wall with two block shelves plastered above it. A mint green sofa is situated at the corner, its back on the tall windows, facing the flat-screen TV. As per the UAE and DTCM laws, each guest staying at the property has to be registered with them upon arrival, for which we require the National ID or Passport copy of each guest to be sent to us at least 24 hours prior to arrival. As per security regulations, only the number of people the apartment is bookable for will be allowed after receiving all their ID's. In case of any visitors, prior information is required along with their ID's and is subject to security clearance. There is a Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20/night for the property as per DTCM, which will be collected upon arrival, if not paid in advance. Please note that parties are strictly not allowed. Also, smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and comes with a fine of $500 in case of any violation. We like to personalize your stay and offer a range of additional services as required. Kindly let us know in advance if you would like any additional services and our team of professional hoteliers would be more than happy to arrange them for you. 1) Baby crib and high chair can be arranged with advance notice and subject to availability 2) Our standard check in time is 15:00 hrs on the day of arrival. However, let us know in case you would like an early check in and we can accommodate your request for an additional half day charge, subject to availability 3) Our standard check out time is 12 noon on the day of departure. In case you would like a late check out, please let us know in advance and we can arrange one for you at a half day charge until 18:00 hrs and a full day charge beyond 18:00 hrs, subject to availability. 4) Daily Cleaning upon request for an additional charge. 5) Private Cook at $ 30 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours (ingredients will be charged on actuals). 6) Certified Nanny Services $ 30 an hour for a minimum of 3 Hours. 7) Driver for the day with out a car $ 100 8) Any other assistance like airport pick up & drop, car hire, private butler etc can be accommodated and arranged at an additional cost
