The bright yet cozy living room greets you with its open curtains showing the serene and exquisite pool and beach views. Nothing is more welcoming than a natural sense of nature—with waves going to and fro and the sunlight making everything brighter including the interior of this place. Really comfy couches are waiting for you at the living area with its white block center table fronting the cable TV with a long rack below it for you to place some of your things during your stay. Six people can occupy the dining table that boast pleasant-looking chairs. Colors pop everywhere in the apartment in the right amount like the series of art pieces on the wall at the living area right in the middle of wall lights. The kitchen is one of the first things you will pass in entering the flat. The first one being the washroom on the left. The kitchen is simply a few steps away on the right. It's an open-plan one with enough space to walk around and prepare your meals. Whether you are into whipping up meals or simply enjoy a cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate, then this kitchen will serve its purpose for your needs. It has all the appliances and necessities that you need in order to do those things. Walking forward past the living and dining areas, the entrance to the balcony stands with the windows. It has a spacious balcony with a table, two single benches, and a long bench that can fit four people. You can go on the balcony in the morning or evening if you want to breathe in some fresh air while you sip your morning coffee or tea, the whole scene in front of you helping you to unwind.

As per the UAE and DTCM laws, each guest staying at the property has to be registered with them upon arrival, for which we require the National ID or Passport copy of each guest to be sent to us at least 24 hours prior to arrival. As per security regulations, only the number of people the apartment is bookable for will be allowed after receiving all their ID's. In case of any visitors, prior information is required along with their ID's and is subject to security clearance. There is a Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20/night for the property as per DTCM, which will be collected upon arrival, if not paid in advance. Please note that parties are strictly not allowed. Also, smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and comes with a fine of $500 in case of any violation. We like to personalize your stay and offer a range of additional services as required. Kindly let us know in advance if you would like any additional services and our team of professional hoteliers would be more than happy to arrange them for you. 1) Baby crib and high chair can be arranged with advance notice and subject to availability 2) Our standard check in time is 15:00 hrs on the day of arrival. However, let us know in case you would like an early check in and we can accommodate your request for an additional half day charge, subject to availability 3) Our standard check out time is 12 noon on the day of departure. In case you would like a late check out, please let us know in advance and we can arrange one for you at a half day charge until 18:00 hrs and a full day charge beyond 18:00 hrs, subject to availability. 4) Daily Cleaning upon request for an additional charge. 5) Private Cook at $ 30 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours (ingredients will be charged on actuals). 6) Certified Nanny Services $ 30 an hour for a minimum of 3 Hours. 7) Driver for the day with out a car $ 100 8) Any other assistance like airport pick up & drop, car hire, private butler etc can be accommodated and arranged at an additional cost
