The main chalet is arranged over three floors. Downstairs, a large private wine cellar offers a wide selection of wines. The ground floor includes an entrance hall, a spa area with hammam, sauna, rainwater shower, massage space, and chill-out area, a Full HD projector cinema room, and a ski and boot room with heated racks. Also on this level is Bedroom 5 with four adult bunk beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The double garage connects to the annexe and serves as a games room. The main floor features an open-plan kitchen, a dining area, a living room with fireplace and cosy corner opening to a terrace with an integrated sunken jacuzzi, a guest toilet, Bedroom 4 with en suite, Bedroom 3 with en suite, and the master bedroom with bath and shower en suite plus a mezzanine desk area. On the second floor, Bedroom 2 offers twin beds, and there is a mezzanine chill-out and kids’ games area above the living room. The annexe has two floors. The ground floor contains two bedrooms—one with two bunk beds and the other a double—sharing a bathroom. The first floor offers one bedroom, one bathroom, a living area with drop-down projector, an open-plan kitchen and fireplace, and a separate toilet.

Located in the peaceful area of Les Pelerins, the chalet is just a two-minute drive or fifteen-minute walk to Chamonix. The nearest supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and bus stop are only 500 meters away. The location offers panoramic views of the entire valley and Mont Blanc from both the garden and main living areas.
