Dear guests The apartments are beautiful and well kept and located in a residential building with neighbors, we make sure that the apartments are for the holiday only and not for parties, etc. We also do not accept guests under 21 years of age without a responsible adult escort. All Israeli citizens and holders of any other permit will be charged VAT at 17% (VAT rate may be changed without prior notice). Tourists (holders of diplomatic passport or foreign passport and a 3 month tourist visa - B2/3/4), are exempt from paying VAT on accommodations. If applicable, the VAT will be collected separately by the Home Management Company after the booking.
