Outdoors, guests will find a rectangular pool measuring 10 meters by 5 meters (depth from 1.30m to 2.00m), sun loungers, a lawned area with mature olive and pine trees, and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a built-in barbecue and wood oven under a covered dining area.

Located in the hills above Cefalù, the property offers a peaceful setting with breathtaking views. The surrounding area features olive and pine trees and provides direct access to walking paths that lead into the Madonie National Park. Nearby beaches, charming villages, and the historic center of Cefalù offer plenty of options for exploration.
