From here, there is direct access to a furnished outdoor terrace with a shaded dining and lounge area. On the lower level, there is one double bedroom with a private bathroom and direct access to the garden and pool, along with a twin bedroom with joinable beds. The upper level houses one double bedroom and one twin bedroom (with joinable beds), which share a large bathroom with a separate tub and shower. One of the twin bedrooms features a private terrace. The surrounding park is cultivated with olive trees and traditional dry-stone walls. The pool area features a stone-surfaced terrace with sunbeds, umbrellas, a stone bench embedded in the rock, a solar shower, and a barbecue. The garden area also includes a lawn bordered by shrubs and palm trees.

Set within the Madonie mountains, the home offers an authentic Sicilian experience. Guests are a short drive from Lascari for basic necessities and about 20 minutes from Cefalù, known for its beaches, seafront promenade, shops, and vibrant nightlife. The location is ideal for nature lovers and those interested in exploring the hill villages of the Madonie. Palermo, with its historical markets and cultural sites, is just over an hour away.

Electricity, cooking gas, water, Wi-Fi, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, and garden and pool maintenance are included in the price. Additional services such as extra cleaning (€22/hour/cleaner), extra linen (€15/person), and heating (based on consumption) are available upon request. When pets are present, a mandatory cleaning fee of €60 per animal per week (or part thereof) applies. If urban waste is not properly disposed of, a €50 charge will be applied at check-out. Pets are allowed on request. The structure is not certified for handicap access. The property is fenced-in.
