The first apartment (55 m²), located on the ground floor, consists of a sitting room area with a kitchenette (20 m²), a double bedroom (30 m²) featuring a built-in tub, and a separate bathroom with shower. The sofa in the sitting room area can also be used as a double pull-out sofa. The second apartment (60 m²), also located on the ground floor, includes a sitting room area with a kitchenette (25 m²) and a double bedroom (30 m²) with a built-in tub and a separate bathroom (5 m²) with a shower. There is also a double pull-out sofa in the sitting room area. The third apartment (40 m²), located on the first floor with a separate entrance, is a studio apartment comprising a double bedroom, a sitting room area with a kitchenette, and a separate bathroom with shower. There is also a single folding bed available. The fourth apartment (100 m²) stretches over two floors (first floor and gallery level). It includes a large sitting room, dressing room, double bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen on the first level. The upper gallery floor features twin beds and a private bathroom. In addition, a separate kitchen / dining area is at guests’ disposal. This tavern-style area is connected to the villa but has its own entrance. It features an indoor fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet, creating the perfect setting for shared meals and social gatherings. Furthermore, the villa is equipped with an outdoor fireplace and BBQ area. Facilities on the ground floor are suitable for disabled guests, and the shower is designed as a walk-in type for easier accessibility.
