Cozy Lake Villa with Calming Terrace

This Villa is a large property with a boathouse, a lush large garden, private beach, a pool, boats (classic and sport), kayak’s, SUP’s and a hot tub. The villa has three floors with on the ground floor three guest rooms (with direct access to the garden/pool and view on the lake), a breakfast, kitchen and common area with terrace and fireplace. On the first floor we have another three guest rooms with two having an extraordinary view across the lake, the third room has a view on the Pilatus mountain. The bottom floor is in private use. Room 1: ground floor, double bed with private shower and toilet Room 2: ground floor, double bed with private shower and toilet on the same floor. Room 3: ground floor, double bed with separate private bathroom (bath tub, shower double sink and toilet). Since this is a large room, we can add a travel-bed for a third person when needed. We have other alternative sleeping arrangements available for larger groups, please send us a inquiry and we will suggest you a special offer.
