Our house is in a quiet, but active neighborhood. You’ll find our friendly, yet respectful neighbors taking walks, walking their dogs, and living their lives. We’re close to Restaurant Row on 7th Street, shopping at Biltmore Square, the Camelback Corridor, hiking at Squaw Peak and Dreamy Draw, and the many attractions throughout the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

Pets: Not allowed. Smoking: Not allowed. Events: Not allowed. Suitable for: children and infants. Additional rules: Please enjoy our home and respect our neighbors’ privacy by not having loud parties. Our pool is neither gated nor fenced, so we don’t recommend it for children under 12. We want you to feel like this is your home, so please invite visitors but no more than 10 and no overnight visitors. No smoking or pets, please. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am.

A group of family and/or friends that want to have a get-together, reunion, or other small event. A company that wants a clean, centrally located home near downtown/the Camelback Corridor with all the amenities to temporarily house a valued employee. The city sends citations for any noise violations that equal $1,000 dollars. If you get a citation during your stay you will be 100% liable for it. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
