House Rules Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard Pool or SPA heat can be scheduled for $150+ tax per day (must be scheduled at least 3 days before check in) No Pets Allowed. Pack Play and Air mattress for $40 each + tax Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
