The residence is composed of three independent units connected by a central courtyard: a traditional trullo, a main lamia, and an annex lamia. The interiors feature minimalist, bright designs with unique local materials, such as resin and decorative cement floors. The trullo includes two double bedrooms—each separated by curtains rather than doors—and two bathrooms, one of which features a stone-tub shower. The main lamia hosts a bright open-plan kitchen and living area, a suite with a double bed and a single bed in an adjoining passage room, plus another double bedroom. These rooms share a bathroom with a separate shower. The annex lamia offers a spacious living area with two joinable single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Outdoor areas include multiple dining spaces under pergolas, a mobile barbecue, and a beautiful private pool set apart for maximum seclusion.
