A breathtaking seascape invites itself into the atmosphere with the panoramic view of the hills and the neighboring islands of Saint-Martin and Anguilla . On the lower level, a large heated swimming pool is placed on the deck over the entire width of the house. This exceptional pool is extended by a second shallow pool with wide steps, perfect for young children . This terrace has a bar, a very comfortable outdoor living space, and plenty of sun loungers for sunbathing or reading in front of the view. The luxurious holiday home has six air-conditioned bedrooms spread over two levels. All have a king size bed or twin beds convertible to a king, as well as a modern private bathroom. The three bedrooms located on the main level have a beautiful view of the ocean and the garden, and the other three bedrooms on the lower level open onto the swimming pool.
