Benefitting from all the must-have cooking appliances including a cooker hob, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and fridge, the lovely retro kitchen sets the scene for hassle-free family meals in. The wlecoming dining area is also complemented by an outdoor dining area for 8; enabling guests to easily soak up the sun and beauty of the garden during their stay, with a tranquil morning coffee or romantic alfresco feast. A covered lake view terrace also offers welcome shade and shelter to alfresco meals. The sleeping arrangements of the villa ideally suit 3 couples travelling together, and also groups and families of 9. Three spacious double bedrooms each with a wardrobe and one with an ensuite bath with shower and a second with ensuite shower feature alongside a 4th family bedroom, which sleeps 3 (perfect for accommodating children, groups and family members; with one single bed featuring next to a second single bed with pull-out single bed). An ensuite shower also features to this flexible family room. Outside, the sunny private garden offers a lakeside oasis in which to take in the serenity and beauty of Lake Maggiore. With the far reaching views serving as the perfect backdrop, guests can enjoy relaxing out on one of the 3 sun loungers or sitting areas, whilst the children play amongst the shade of the trees. The garden offers direct access to the lake and so is a great choice for water lovers too, with boat mooring on site, as well as the private parking space!

Just 50 metres from the villa, a public lake beach with sun loungers, beach bar, volley area and canoes hire can also be enjoyed. Those bringing a boat will also find Piedmont’s most important boatyard just 1km away. Located the same distance away from the villa, active guests will also reach a local sport centre, which is home to a swimming pool, a gym, beach and 4 clay tennis courts.
