The ground floor comprises five ensuite bedrooms, one staff/security crew rest area, a laundry room, TV room, and a study. It also features a fireplace lounge, indoor and covered outdoor dining areas, and multiple designer outdoor lounges including the Medina Lounge, Mykonos Gazebo, and the High Terrace Gloriette Garden. For fitness and leisure, there is a shaded “Ramade Balcony” equipped with TECHNOGYM gear, table football, a tennis table, and a heated 14.5 m x 7.25 m infinity pool with jet swim motion. The tropical Eden garden includes a kitchen garden, fruit trees, and aromatic plants.

Situated in the heart of Saint-Tropez, the villa offers quick access to the glittering Mediterranean coastline, high-end beach clubs, and Michelin-starred restaurants. The location is renowned for its glamour, exclusivity, and proximity to the Bay des Canoubiers.

Included in the stay are daily cleaning and turndown services, guest laundry (excluding dry cleaning), and a villa manager reachable 24/7. Two full-time housekeepers (5 hours daily) and a butler cover all meals. A gourmet chef prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner (food and beverage at extra cost). Luxury amenities include towels, bathrobes, slippers, BAOBAB home fragrance diffusers, and L’OCCITANE en Provence toiletries. Bed linens are changed twice weekly, and towels as required. A baby and young kids’ package is available with cot, highchair, soft dishes, and cutlery. Entertainment includes board games, chess, backgammon, cards, and dice. A Wi-Fi HP color printer is available. A security deposit of €20,000 per week is required, with an additional €10,000 to cover personal expenses, extras, and food and beverage.
