Villa Son Capellet is a spacious Mallorcan country house set on a former agricultural estate in the peaceful countryside near Petra. Surrounded by mature trees and Mediterranean vegetation, the villa accommodates up to ten guests and is particularly suitable for families and groups looking for privacy and tranquillity. The house has five comfortable double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and its own private en-suite bathroom. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the remaining four are situated upstairs. The elegant interior combines traditional exposed wooden beams, marble floors, light walls and high-quality furnishings. The comfortable living room features a flat-screen television with satellite channels and a DVD player. A large dining table provides ample space for shared meals. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator and electric kettle. Outside, the private chlorinated swimming pool measures approximately 11 × 8 metres and is up to 1.6 metres deep. It also includes a separate shallow section for children. Children must nevertheless remain under constant adult supervision around the pool. The spacious pool terrace features ten sun loungers and parasols. A covered terrace provides a pleasant area for outdoor dining and leisurely breakfasts, while a brick barbecue is available for evening meals.
