Villa Son Perxa is a spacious Mallorcan country house situated on a former agricultural estate in a peaceful valley between Petra and Sant Joan. The house has five comfortable double bedrooms with ample storage space. It also features four bathrooms: three with bathtubs and one adapted bathroom on the ground floor. A separate guest toilet is also available. There are two spacious living rooms with comfortable seating, flat-screen satellite television and two open fireplaces. The large dining room provides plenty of space for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle and Italian coffee machine. A second table in the kitchen offers additional space for informal meals or socialising. Outside, guests can enjoy a large private chlorinated swimming pool measuring approximately 13 × 10 metres and up to 1.7 metres deep. The pool includes a separate shallow section for children. Children must nevertheless remain under constant adult supervision around the pool.
