The kitchen, complete with a dining table, opens to a side terrace for shaded al fresco dining. The house includes three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. Outside, guests can unwind on the kitchen-side patio, enjoy the little garden with lawn and deck chairs, or take in the panoramic views from the balcony overlooking the lake.

Located on a hillside above Stresa (2 km), the property offers convenient access to the heart of Lake Maggiore. Stresa is known for its charming lakeside promenade, narrow alleys filled with boutiques, cafés, and restaurants, and proximity to the magical Borromeo islands. Guests can easily explore the lake by ferry, take day trips to Milan or Turin, visit the famous Piedmont vineyards, or hike the nearby valleys.

The house entrance is accessed by climbing 50 steps from the street, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. No pets or parties are allowed on the property.
