The fourth bedroom, situated on the ground floor, features twin beds that can be converted into a king-size upon request, along with an ensuite bathroom designed for guests with mobility needs. A communal WC is also available on the ground floor for added convenience. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is located on the lower level.

A climate resilience fee is applicable, as per article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94). The fee is €2 per night from April to October and €0.50 per night from November to March, payable in cash upon arrival.
