Spanning 165 sqm on a 500 sqm plot, the villa is designed with elegance and functionality. The ground floor features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and a comfortable lounge with a 42’’ Satellite LED TV. Large windows create a bright and airy atmosphere, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces. The villa has three beautifully designed bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, and two on the upper level—one with a king-size canopy bed and another with twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience.

Kokkino Khorio is a charming and peaceful village in Chania, known for its stunning sea views and traditional Cretan character. The villa is situated on a hill, offering unobstructed vistas of the Aegean Sea. Within 2 km, guests can reach beautiful beaches to enjoy the crystal-clear waters. The nearby town offers local tavernas, cafes, and shops, providing an authentic Cretan experience.

For stays of 5 to 7 days, one change of linens and towels is provided, while for longer stays, this service is offered every four days. A daily maid service is available, except on weekends. Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. From 2024, a resilience fee to the climate crisis applies: €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable in cash upon arrival.
