Floor-to-ceiling glass doors connect the terrace to a spacious living room with custom-made sofas and a contemporary open-plan kitchen and dining area for eight. The basement serves as a private wellness zone, complete with a fully equipped gym, sauna, shower, toilet, and laundry area. On the first floor, you’ll find four spacious en-suite bedrooms with showers, two of which offer flexible bed configurations (twin or double). The villa is styled with clean lines, soothing tones, and premium furnishings to create a warm, luxurious atmosphere throughout.

Located in the peaceful fishing village of Marina, the property offers a perfect blend of seclusion and access to local culture. The area is known for its crystal-clear waters and natural beauty, with pebble and sandy beaches nearby. Marina features several cafes, restaurants, small shops, and a marina. It is ideal for travelers who appreciate privacy, slow-paced living, and scenic surroundings.

Additional services are available to enhance your stay, including private chefs, massage therapy, babysitting, private boat transfers, and pre-stocking of groceries (available on request). Pool heating is charged at €50 per day and small pets are allowed on request only. This villa is one of three neighboring properties (alongside similar accommodations) that can collectively host up to 24 guests for events such as weddings, family reunions, or corporate retreats.
