The space
The estate consists of two residences: a Main House with seven bedrooms and a Garden House with four more, accommodating up to 22 guests in total. The Main House offers light-filled interiors with wooden floors, bright decor, and large glass doors that frame the stunning coastal views. The open-plan living and dining area opens onto the pool and garden, while a professional kitchen includes three ovens, two dishwashers, an ice maker, and cool drawers. The main floor features three sea-view bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the lower ground level are two additional bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and private terraces, as well as a laundry area.
The separate Garden House is just a short stroll away and includes four double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, each with independent garden access. One has a kitchenette, and while the standard is simpler than the Main House, it’s ideal for teenagers or staff.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a large 14x8-meter swimming pool with a wooden pool house, a tennis court near the beach, and numerous garden terraces to relax or dine alfresco.
