The building has only 10 units and provides 24 hour security. State of the art Punta Mita Hospital, just 5 minutes away, provides medical treatment and Emergency services. ***The maximum occupancy of this unit is 8 guests (ideal for 6 adults and 2 kids) with no exceptions.
