The master suite upstairs includes a king-size bed, dressing room, ensuite bathroom, Apple TV, and a terrace with valley views. A separate 45m² annexe offers a fifth bedroom with a king-size bed, ensuite, and lounge with a sofa bed. Outside, the private fenced infinity pool (14x5m) is complemented by a summer kitchen, alfresco dining beneath an ancient olive tree, outdoor lounge, and a garden with a hammock. Entertainment includes Apple TV, table football, pool table, table tennis, badminton, a trampoline, games consoles, and snorkeling gear.

Located in a rural setting with outstanding Corsican landscapes, the villa is within walking distance of Bonifacio’s picturesque harbor and medieval citadel. The property includes four bedrooms in the main house and one in the annexe. An additional two guests may be accommodated on the sofa bed in the annexe lounge. The gardien lives on-site but in a completely separate part of the property. The pool is open approximately June to September. The grounds are fenced and ideal for children and toddlers, with cots and high chairs available.
