The space
Spanning 125 square meters across two floors, this villa accommodates up to six guests in complete privacy. The ground level includes an open-plan living area with a neutral-toned design, a sofa, 50" Smart satellite TV, and Bluetooth speaker. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a kitchen island with two bar stools. On this level is a bedroom with a king-size Coco-Mat bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, air conditioning, 44” Smart TV, and direct access to the pool.
The upper floor includes two bedrooms. One has a king-size Coco-Mat bed, ensuite shower bathroom, air conditioning, 44’’ Smart TV, and balcony access. The other features a king-size Coco-Mat bed that can be converted into twin beds, an ensuite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, 43’’ Smart TV, and a private balcony.
Outdoors, the 120 square meter space includes a 20 sqm private swimming pool (1.40m depth), two sunbeds, two sez long chairs, and side tables. A pergola-covered dining area and BBQ corner with an electric grill and sink complete the outdoor amenities. A poolside shower is also available.

Set in a quiet village just 5 km from Chania’s Old Town and Venetian Harbor, the villa is ideally situated near Agioi Apostoloi Beach.
