The villa spans 75 sqm across two floors, comfortably accommodating up to five guests. The ground level includes an open-plan living area with a sofa, Smart TV, and game console, along with large sliding doors opening to the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island with bar stools. One bedroom with a Coco-Mat queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom is also on this floor. The upper level features a second bedroom with a Coco-Mat king-size bed that can be converted into two singles, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. An additional room with a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for a fifth guest is also available upon request at an extra cost.

The villa is located in the seaside village of Daratso, just 5 km from Chania’s Venetian Harbor and Old Town. The sandy beach of Agioi Apostoloi is only 250 meters away, ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Nearby are several other beaches including Chrissi Akti, Glaros, and Kalamaki. Shops, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations, and tavernas are all within easy reach.
