A 36 m² suite with an independent entrance includes a double bed, shower room with WC, and dressing room. The upper floor features a living room with a fireplace, dining area, and an open-plan kitchen opening onto a shaded terrace with direct access to the pool and pool house. The kitchen is equipped with a glass ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher.
