Spacious Mountain Retreat With Heated Pool

The chalet spans multiple floors and is accessed via a private tunnelled entrance with lift access. The centrepiece of the home is an open-plan living and dining area with expansive mountain views, large sofas, a wood-burning fireplace, marble coffee table, and a bespoke kitchen with Miele appliances. A smaller bar with fridge, sink, and hot water tap sits alongside the dining area. Bedrooms are designed with oak panelling, refined wallpaper, and marble en-suite bathrooms, featuring either walk-in showers or baths with built-in Sonos audio. Three bedrooms offer flexible “Zip’n’Lock” beds that can convert from doubles to singles. A bunk room with quad bunks completes the sleeping arrangements, though it does not have a window. Wellness facilities include a 6m x 2.7m swimming pool with a retractable glass wall, steam room, massage room, Peloton bike, and an outdoor hot tub. The cinema room features a stylish bar, large TV, and a Perspex window looking directly into the pool. The chalet also has a professional kitchen, ski and boot room with heated warmers, private laundry, and three indoor parking spaces.

The chalet is located in an exclusive enclave just a short walk from the centre of town. The neighbourhood combines privacy with convenience, with restaurants, bars, and shops close by.
