Terrazza Incanti rises within the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park, on the cliffs overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Immersed in nature and surrounded by silence, the villa offers an extraordinary panoramic view of the coastline and the green valleys below.
The residence features four bedrooms and an additional studio, accommodating up to ten guests. On the ground floor there is a studio with a sofa bed and ensuite bathroom, a comfortable living area with sofas and projector, and a service bathroom. The kitchenette connects directly to the veranda, where a large, fully equipped kitchen and a bright dining area create the perfect space for convivial moments.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, each with private ensuite bathroom. The second floor includes additional bathrooms and the possibility of extra beds.
Outside, the villa offers a spacious patio with tables and an outdoor kitchen, a lush garden, and a swimming pool overlooking the sea, creating an ideal setting for relaxing days surrounded by nature and light.
