Relaxed Modern Villa With Pool and View

The villa spans 400 m² and accommodates up to 8 guests. Each bedroom is private and includes its own wardrobe, shower room, and toilet. All bedrooms have king-size beds that can be converted into twin beds. The ground floor includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, a cozy living room with a contemporary sofa and 48" TV with JBL audio system, and glass doors opening onto a pool terrace furnished with a teak dining table for eight. The terrace leads to the private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a covered outdoor sala with soft seating and a projector screen. On the first floor, there are two en-suite bedrooms, each with walk-in wardrobes, study corners, air-conditioning, and terraces. The top floor features an additional en-suite bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, study corner, and terrace, as well as a spacious rooftop lounge area furnished with soft daybeds and offering beautiful sea views.

The villa is located in a peaceful area of Samui, within Ban Tai Estate, known for its serene surroundings and proximity to beaches, dining, and entertainment options. Guests can enjoy both relaxation and convenient access to local attractions.

Other Things to Note Children under 2 years old stay free in cots or cribs. Children under 6 years are charged USD 25 per night per extra bed. Older children or adults are charged USD 50 per night per extra bed. Cleaning and towel changes are provided twice weekly (three times for 4–6-bedroom villas), and linen is changed once a week. A refundable damage deposit is required: USD 1000 for 4–6-bedroom villas. Additional services available at extra cost include extra cleaning, laundry, chef and nanny services, massages, and food delivery. All service charges and taxes are included in the price.
