The main house is arranged over two levels. The ground floor features a bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a sofa bed for added sleeping flexibility. The upper floor includes an additional double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and a private balcony, ideal for enjoying sunrise light or evening views. A short walk across the veranda leads to a staircase descending to the second independent house. This lower-level section offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, another includes two single beds that can be joined, and both share a full bathroom. The third bedroom comes with its own ensuite bathroom. A convenient kitchenette completes this level, providing extra comfort for families or groups who prefer additional independence. Expansive outdoor spaces surround the home, featuring a lounge area, a BBQ, an outdoor shower, and an alfresco dining space where guests can relax to panoramic sea views. Outdoor security cameras provide added peace of mind throughout the property.

The property enjoys a prime location near Naoussa, one of the most beloved destinations on Paros. Naoussa is known for its picturesque harbor, beautiful beaches, vibrant nightlife, and exceptional dining scene. Traditional tavernas, upscale restaurants, charming cafés, and beachfront hangouts are only a short drive away. Guests can experience the essence of island life—whether through food, seaside relaxation, or exploring the town’s lively atmosphere.

Mid-week cleaning is provided every four days to refresh the property during your stay. Additional bespoke concierge services can be arranged at an extra cost, including private boat cruises, wine tasting, private chef services, yoga or Pilates sessions, massage treatments, pedi-mani services, and babysitting. Outdoor security cameras are installed for safety and monitoring of exterior areas only. A fixed environmental fee of 15 EUR is charged per reservation.
