The upper level hosts two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and direct access to a private balcony with sea views. A shared modern bathroom with a shower serves this floor.
The ground level features a bright open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, a 50-inch Smart Satellite TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and direct access to the pool terrace with sea views. The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary modern appliances, and the dining area comfortably accommodates six guests. A second shared bathroom with a shower is also located on this level.

The villa is part of a two-villa complex. The second villa has the same bedroom capacity and guest limit. Both villas can be booked together for larger groups, and a connecting gate allows movement between the two properties while maintaining privacy when required.
