The villa offers 95 square metres of living space on a private plot of 1,100 square metres and is arranged over two levels. The upper level includes two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and direct access to a private balcony with sea views. A shared bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor. The ground level features a bright open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, a 50-inch Smart Satellite TV, and direct access to the pool terrace with sea views. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes all necessary appliances, and the dining area accommodates up to six guests. A second shared bathroom with a shower is available on this level.

The villa is located in the village of Kalyviani in the Kissamos area of Chania. The surrounding environment is quiet and characterized by the natural Cretan landscape, offering uninterrupted sea views and a tranquil setting. Beaches, tavernas, and local attractions are within easy driving distance.

From 2024, according to article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), a Climate Crisis Resilience Fee applies. The fee is €15 per night per villa from April to October and €4 per night per villa from November to March. This fee is payable in cash upon arrival. The villa forms part of a two-villa complex. The second villa has the same bedroom capacity and maximum guest allowance. Both villas may be booked together for larger groups. Cleaning For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one cleaning service and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one cleaning service every 4 days. Change of linen & towels For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days.
