The villa features a spacious layout designed for comfort and relaxation. The terrace is framed by Jubaea Chilensis palms and offers open sea views. Indoor living spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a smart TV and comfortable seating, an extra guest toilet, and a wine cellar located on the ground floor near the communal areas. A wellness zone with a sauna, gym, and jacuzzi is also available. The first floor hosts four en-suite bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed and direct access to a terrace with views of the Mediterranean landscape and the sea.

The villa is located in Selca, a historic coastal town on Brac Island known for its stone architecture and cultural heritage. Nearby points of interest include churches, monasteries, and historical sites in Selca, Sumartin, and surrounding villages. The area also offers access to nature trails and scenic island landscapes.

Three bicycles, three kayaks, and one SUP board are included, along with private parking.
