On this level, there is one twin bedroom, one double bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. The first floor hosts four bedrooms, each with air conditioning and an en-suite shower room. These include one double bedroom and three additional double bedrooms, all designed for comfort and privacy. The outdoor area features a covered terrace with a dining table and chairs, a gas barbecue, and a 32 m² swimming pool with an outdoor shower. The villa is set within a 2,000 m² garden and also offers table tennis and bicycles for guest use. Parking is available for up to four cars.
